User rights

To modify a file, you need writing rights. Ask a colleague with administrative rights in the file to give you these rights. In addition, modifying a file is blocked if someone else is in the file. In that case, the file indicates which colleague is working on it.

You can view a file with reading rights. Ask a colleague with administrative rights in the file to give you these rights.

To grant access, you need administrative rights. If you do not have administrative rights, you cannot grant access to your colleagues. If you have administrative rights, but you do not see the colleague in question in the list of names, this colleague must be added by your organization manager.

In the file, go to settings and then to the access rights tab. Here you will find a list of all colleagues who are in the environment and what rights they have.

Organization administrators can add users via the admin panel. As an organization administrator, in the admin panel, go to the environments tab and click on the environment you want to add a user to. After this, click the 'add user' button and fill in the details. For new users, make sure you have the 'Send welcome email with instructions' switch on. The user will then receive a link on the email entered that will allow them to create a password.

You can give other users rights if you have setup rights yourself. You do this through the file settings. Go to the Access Rights tab, search on the name or look in the list and turn on the appropriate rights for the user. If the user is not listed, this person does not yet have access to the environment. To do this, go to the environment manager.

When a person has access to an environment, we want them to be able to make unlimited use of the application. Anyone with access to the environment can therefore create files. However, new files are only visible to people who have been added to those files.

As an organization manager, you can view and manage all your organization's environments, users and files via the admin panel. By clicking on an environment, you can see all users who have access and all files in the environment.
