Where is our data stored?
RiskChallenger runs on the Google Cloud Platform. We use services in the europe-west1 and europe-west4 regions. You can find more information about this at https://cloud.google.com/about/locations.
Who can I notify in case of a security problem?
You can report security issues by sending an email to security@riskchallenger.nl.
Information about reporting a security issue can be found at: https://app.riskchallenger.nl/.well-known/security.txt.
Where can I see my active sessions?
To view your active sessions, follow these steps:
1. Go to home screen of the RiskChallenger app.
2. Click the three dots in the top right corner and choose Account.
3. Under the tab Security you'll find an overview of your active sessions, including device type, approximate location, last used, and the option to revoke access.
Is RiskChallenger ISO27001 and ISO9001 certified?
RiskChallenger's quality and information security management systems are certified for the ISO9001 and ISO27001 standards respectively. The relevant certificates and statement of applicability can be requested from us. Please contact us for this.
Can you see my data?
At RiskChallenger, a very select group of developers have rights to the servers and databases. We call these people server administrators. Each server administrator signs a specific NDA and we ask you to provide a VOG before the rights are granted. The use of these rights is also monitored and audited.
What login options does RiskChallenger support?
At RiskChallenger, you can log in with a username and password. As extra security, you can use two-factor authentication or Active Directory. You can read more about using this at www.riskchallenger.nl/security.
