Templates
Can I force templates to be used?
No, the use of templates cannot be enforced within the software. The option to start a file without a template always remains available. This is necessary because certain files, such as those from spreadsheet files, cannot be imported via a template. However, it is possible to link all files to a template afterwards.
Can I work with predefined templates?
Yes, if your environment includes standard templates, you can easily start a new file from a template. Follow the following steps in the environment overview.
1. Click new file
2. Select Start from a template
3. Select the template you want to use
4. Name the file
5. Optional: add which risks from the template you want to include in your risk file.
6. Create the file.
The file is now automatically linked to the template.
