A smaller release this time, focused entirely on fixing a number of bugs so everything runs smoothly again.

Bug fixes:

• Assigned nested risk filter values are shown correctly again.
• When a register was locked, the register settings incorrectly stated that you had no permissions to edit it. That message is now accurate again.
• Deleting registers with multiple spaces in their name now goes more smoothly.
• In the web app, filtering on multiple measure owners works correctly again.
• In the vote app, risks with multiple assigned filter values only showed the first value. Now you see all of them.
