For the Monte Carlo simulation in the Web-App your financial quantifier is now automatically selected. And here we also fixed a bug where an error message would incorrectly show up when selecting a quantifier.

In addition we fixed a bug where the 'select all' button in the risk-selector component incorrectly selected disabled risks.

And we fixed an issue where sometimes dragging and dropping of MCE lines would not work

Hard/permanent deleting of registers in the Admin-App should now be much faster.

In the Brainstorm-App it should now be possible to start a brainstorm with existing Opportunities and we added some missing translations for the different register types to the Brainstorm-App tour/tutorial.
